How it works

Discipline, made real — together.

  1. 01

    Choose your focus

You're the average of the people and habits around you — so choose them on purpose. Pick the few areas of life that genuinely matter to you and turn each into a promise. A handful of real commitments beats a long list you'll ignore.

  2. 02

    Shape the promise to fit

Not every goal is a countdown. Commit to a set number of days, work open-endedly toward a goal until you reach it, count down to a date like exam day, or simply track your hours as they add up toward mastery. You choose the shape it takes.

  3. 03

Back it — as much or as little as you want

Add a refundable deposit if you want more on the line: anywhere from $0 to $100. The more you stake, the more quitting costs; $0 is perfectly fine if the daily habit is enough on its own. If you fall short, 90% goes to a charity you chose. It stays yours until then.

  4. 04

    Step into a room

You're not doing this alone. Every promise drops you into a room of people keeping the very same one — morning sunlight, daily reading, a walk after meals. You see their check-ins, their photos, the notes that pull each other forward. Behavior is contagious; here it works in your favor.

  5. 05

    Show up, every day

One honest check-in a day — a photo for the room, or just a tap only you can vouch for. Your streak grows as you go, and a freezer can quietly cover the odd missed day, so a single slip never erases your momentum.

  6. 06

    Watch it add up

Finish and your deposit returns untouched. Trackers show your total hours climbing, streaks stretch longer, questions solved stack up before the exam. Every kept day compounds into the one thing worth more than any deposit — trust with yourself.
